If 30 days have passed since your purcha\u00adse, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exch\u00adan\u00adge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eli\u00adgi\u00adble for a return, your item must be unused and in the same con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adon that you recei\u00adved it. It must also be in the ori\u00adgi\u00adnal pack\u00ada\u00adging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several types of goods are exempt from being retur\u00adned. Peri\u00ads\u00adha\u00adble goods such as food, flowers, news\u00adpa\u00adpers or maga\u00adzi\u00adnes cannot be retur\u00adned. We also do not accept pro\u00adducts that are inti\u00adma\u00adte or sani\u00adta\u00adry goods, hazar\u00addous mate\u00adri\u00adals, or flamma\u00adble liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Addi\u00adtio\u00adnal non-returnable items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n<li>Down\u00adloa\u00adda\u00adble soft\u00adware pro\u00adducts<\/li>\n<li>Some health and per\u00adso\u00adnal care items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To com\u00adple\u00adte your return, we require a receipt or proof of purcha\u00adse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not send your purcha\u00adse back to the manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are certain situa\u00adtions where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>\n<li>CD, DVD, VHS tape, soft\u00adware, video game, cas\u00adset\u00adte tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\n<li>Any item not in its ori\u00adgi\u00adnal con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adon, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n<li>Any item that is retur\u00adned more than 30 days after deli\u00advery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is recei\u00adved and inspec\u00adted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have recei\u00adved your retur\u00adned item. We will also notify you of the appr\u00adoval or rejec\u00adtion of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are appro\u00adved, then your refund will be pro\u00adces\u00adsed, and a credit will auto\u00adma\u00adti\u00adcal\u00adly be applied to your credit card or ori\u00adgi\u00adnal method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<b>Late or missing refunds<\/b>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t recei\u00adved a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is offi\u00adci\u00adal\u00adly posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next contact your bank. There is often some pro\u00adces\u00adsing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not recei\u00adved your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<b>Sale items<\/b>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only regular priced items may be refun\u00added. Sale items cannot be refun\u00added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defec\u00adti\u00adve or damaged. If you need to exch\u00adan\u00adge it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {phy\u00adsi\u00adcal address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item was marked as a gift when purcha\u00adsed and shipped direct\u00adly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the retur\u00adned item is recei\u00adved, a gift cer\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adte will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purcha\u00adsed, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them\u00adsel\u00adves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your product, you should mail your product to: {phy\u00adsi\u00adcal address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be respon\u00adsi\u00adble for paying for your own ship\u00adping costs for retur\u00adning your item.
